Time for the teams to meet.
Greetings! We’re Thrilled to Meet You!
Simone Gardinier-
Founder, Cert. Health & Wellness Coach
Simone has been in the wellness world since 2016 when she embarked on a weight loss journey. Her new lifestyle soon became her new career. In 2018, she began coaching individuals using the same modalities she used to enhance her health and upgrade her lifestyle. Her approach to wellness is grounded in daily rituals and practices that embrace the essence of movement, balanced meals, and mindfulness—also known as her M3 Formula. These modalities ensure sustainability, longevity, and happiness in an individual’s day-to-day life.
As a coach for many years, most of her clients have worked in stressful 9-5 work settings and came to her for healing, rebalancing, and self-care. With many years of data collection, she understood that the best way to solve the problem for her clients and the masses is by nurturing the root of the problem - the work environment. Her philosophy embeds a sustainable health model in the center of company culture that all employees, from today’s CEO to the next generation of work-from-home employees, can benefit from these coaching services, resulting in a win-win for all - a more productive, loyal employee and a more positive work environment and work culture. This is how “My Work Wellness Coach” was born.
